The problem

We were called to the property to investigate the cause of foul water pooling on the surface of the drive.

The course of action

We completed a CCTV Survey to establish the cause of the problem and recommended the use of sonding.

Using this method, our team identified a blocked drainage system, three buried inspection chambers and 55 metres of defective pipework which had debris in it. This part of the pipework was partially blocked. The customer also notified us of a blocked rainwater gully and flooding at the front of the garage. We extracted the water from the gully, carried out a CCTV drain inspection and found a soak away with major root ingress.

Work undertaken

1. Insertion of Fibre Resin Linear Liner (55 Metres).
2. The installation of the new Soak Away.
3. The installation of new Gullies.

The outcome

We submitted a written quotation within 24 hours and successfully completed the work. The client has reported no further drainage problems on their property.
