Mrs Cowan

The problem

Our client, Mrs Cowan, called our operator reporting sewage flooding out of the inspection chamber at the front of the property.

The course of action

We attended the property to clear the blocked drain. Upon clearing the blockage, we carried out a CCTV drain survey of the drainage system and found a second inspection chamber housing an interceptor buried beneath the surface. The interceptor and main drainage run were suffering from severe root ingression.

We provided a verbal quotation and returned the following day to remove the Interceptor and installed a rat blocker plus 19 metres of fibre resin linear liner.

The outcome

We submitted a written quotation within 24 hours and successfully completed the work. Th have now been no further problems.
